My site

You're about to view something that maybe terribly opinionated, about 634 cats are killed in the making of this blog, and 356 hours of PI has been done to credit this blog The insanity level and mundane level is never on par, there would be paramedics of course, if you have a housephone/hp/whichever way you feel it's most comfortable to save your own life. So eat your bibimbap while reading this ingenious blog of mine, it probably makes your stay more bearable.

solitude

Don't you just find peace within the quiet surroundings,
the serenity of your void decks in the middle of the night,
or maybe in the sanctum of your room.

While the funny thing is,
we can feel so alone in the midst of crowds,
as the feeling of being lost just accentuate each second,
you just feel like hiding in the comfort of your room.

Sounds claustrophobic.

How about open space then.
just a space.
a void.
no sounds, no shadows, no obstacles.
nothing. empty.
Do you feel comfortable?

I think somehow I dont seek comfort from a venue because it's named "my room" or "my house",
but more of because I know there are walls to support me in there.
at least I know if I shut my room door, I get my desired serenity.
But I don't exactly want to be totally void of any human interactions,
so I still want that door to be opened, just that it won't be any time soon.

The fickle minded of humans.
More like the fickle minded of me.
So.

solitude.
Some find it hard to see this coming true in our society; Singapore
cause firstly we're constantly on the fast pace of time,
earning money, studying and eat sleep shit all in that pathetic 24 hours.
I kinda envy those old men sitting under strong waterfalls in just their hakama and meditate.
I envy those who can visit the forest everyday, nature helps in keeping those nerves obedient.

I guess, we just have to adapt, and make do with whatever Singapore can provide us with.
At least we know we still can travel to places like Tioman or Chek Jawa.
