IT'S A FEAST TODAY!
After meeting Yu chao for dinner at kovan,
I head on to Clarke Quay to meet up with my friend, Andy!
It's been such a LONG time since we've met up, due to all the irritating JC homework and PW.
I'm so glad that PW is so over now.
alright. So, it is my first time at The Central, and hello hello, HELLUVA OF JAPANESE GOODS! My my! By the time it gets renovated fully, it would be another shopping haven, for those Japanese-goods aficionados.
Oh, did I already mentioned that I actually got lost, right at the entrance of The Central, after scanning out from the MRT station? God help me, the basement is a total maze! You have signs greeting you all over the place, Japanese market place, carpark, toilet signs, shops, restuarants and several exit signs. I just went with my senses... I have always been proud of my direction sense, though I may have to momentarily lost at times.
Dined at Manhattan The Fish Market.
Hey! If you think you're really bored with Fish & Co. , not that I actually dine there frequently, you can get to this The Fish Market restuarant. We had to queue really long to be able to secure a seat in there. Andy and I were talking about service charges, and that restuarants with really good ambience actually deserves the 17% service charge.
Shouting out to those young couples! Looking for ambience? Looking for great food? ah. Prices I cannot guarantee you, but it's worth it. =)
At the table, we're served with this waitress who totally took our order without pen and paper, yes, you heard me. Everything up there *points to temple*. Now, this makes service charges much more worth while isn't it?
At the table, our topics were on conspiracies! Ranging from Da Vinci Code
( yea, I'm slow at laying my hands on the book only now. ) to some homosexual real life story. We mainly talk on religion, and it's great to have views shared between objective people.
So... after a main course, would be... DESSERT OF COURSE!
I think the trend was last year, that Crepes starts getting famous and like bubble tea stores, we see them popping out in town one by one.
I was introduced to this AUTHENTIC, French chef, French decor and even French customers, Crepe restuarant, at Dhoby Ghaut near Sunshine Plaza.

We ordered this Mado, served honey.
And it is heavenly. The honey, with lemon and this really light cream really complemented well.
I strongly recommend this place!
Oh! the French chef, is really really friendly!
We asked him to teach us how to say thankyou in French and he taught us another word, Goodnight too!
*Random shot of the candle on the table while waiting for our Mado to be served.

OH. LASTLY,
THANKS ANDY FOR THE WONDERFUL TREAT.
*rubs stomach*I was browsing my com's pictures, and I found this shot of Sentosa, and I got a feeling that I've already posted in before... But whatever. =)

School's reopening soon, and I'm not hating it.
I'm eager to mug again, I can feel the vigour in me AGAIN.
I need to revise my studying methods,
and I must, MUST HAVE SELF DISCIPLINE IN HMWRK AND SAVING MONEY. sigh.
berlindaang!
