I just read finish a novel, All or nothing by Claire Cross.


And there's this paragraph that i really like, about zero.


zero, although it means decimating out all hopes, means back to square one, it is a sign of equilibrium in the mathematical region. It balances out the negative and positive. Also, it adds value to it. One with a zero behind becomes ten, add another and it becomes hundred; the number increases henceforth as zero increases it's value.

yet, zero makes nothing to something.

"Zero is everything or is it nothing? Is it inclusive or exclusive? Is it total or is it null? Does the void encompasses everything, or is it something beyond the sum?"

Zero is neither whole nor empty, we cannot ignore it's existence, neither can we really erase it out from our world.

I am so awed by how people write their books! I was having this book, that states the life of a broken family of a teenage girl. Although the book is children book, the way the author ends each paragraph in the book is unique and lets the reader ponder the characters' actions.


*grumble*
