I've joined Canon Photomarathon yesterday with wendy, wendy (no, it's not typo, there are 2 wendy present), yuanling and irafan ( i wonder if it's spelled correctly), and it was awesome.

It's really tiring, running around Singapore with barang barangs, camera shooting, then heading back to suntec, i cannot count how many times i have walked City link.

Pictures are unavailable yet, i have no card reader. !

I was viewing photos from websites for photos, like aminus3.com, flickr, deviantart. etc. I have this sudden urge of going out to capture images with the DSLR camera i've borrowed from wendy. Sadly i'm tied down by pw, and i have an oral presentation to rush to tmr.

there's shocking images, as in, WOWING images that i've came across, sceneries from all over the world, portraits taken from all walks of life, and i think photography is beautiful. Not only is it intriguing, it's magical. Sometimes i see certain photos, i'm impressed by photographers' patience in waiting for the moment, and also their reflexes in capturing the image in split second. It's beyond words.

Each photograph is creative, and distinctive, titles chosen are very apt too.

Winning pictures yesterday were very right,
I love the open category pictures, they just scream the different emotions that the photographer wants to portray. The internet has shrunk the world, and now i'm viewing jaw-dropping shots from Kyoto with impressive sky colours to boast. Although internet has allowed me to reach places without hassle, i definitely want to experience live myself. It's so hard to describe expressions like poverty, hunger, solitude, colours etc.
